Italian Dreamboats

1. La Tur 240g- CEG
Alta Langa’s most famous creation, La Tur has an ice-cream texture and the richness of a triple cream. The mixed milk adds a pungency of aroma, and a depth and piquancy of flavour.
2. Carboncino 160g - CEG
A delicate, fully-ashed mixed milk cheese from Caseficio dell’Alta Langa in Piedmont. Creamy, with just a hint of ‘goatiness’ and a yielding texture.
3. Gorgonzola Dolce 250g - C
Young, voluptuous, creamy and rich. Not to be confused with the stronger and harder gorgonzola piccante. Sublime when drizzled with acacia honey.
4. Pecorino Rosso 250g - E
Made by the Fabbri family in Tuscany. The ewes grazing on fragrant and aromatic pastures produce rich milk. The rind is coloured using the pulp of tomatoes, and the cheese is matured for two to three months, to produce a firm texture, and a mellow, creamy flavour.
