A golden, full-flavoured butter, enriched with Jersey cows' milk and flecked with sea salt crystals. Traditionally churned in the West Country by Malcom Dyer of R.L. Clapp and Sons. At 125g it makes the perfect pack size for two. Ideal for finishing vegetables (especially good with asparagus).
