Regal cheeses. We’ve updated our Royal Box to include Katherine.
Katherine is modern and mellow, can be a little firm, but makes a wonderful addition to the other ‘royals’.

1. Duke of Sussex 250g - CUV
A Cheddar-style cheese, with a real depth of flavour and a savoury finish.
2. Baby Waterloo 400g - CU
Delicately-flavoured, Guernsey milk cheese, made by the Wigmores in Berkshire. Soft texture, and as rich as hollandaise sauce.
3. Katherine 250g - GUV
Katherine is a modern, British, washed-rind goats’ milk cheese, made in Somerset by Pete Humphries. Named romantically after an old flame, it is mellow and smooth, with a firm texture.
4. Richard lll Wensleydale 250g -CV
A traditional, cloth-bound, cows’ milk cheese, made by Andrew Ridley, who uses the pre-war recipe for Wensleydale cheese; moist, creamy, and with a honeyed flavour and lower acidity than modern mass-produced Wensleydales.
