A rich blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. Aged for 3 years in oak casks until it is mahogany in colour, with concentrated aromas of ripe fruits and toffee.
Very complex on the palate, with flavour of raisins, nuts, crystallized orange.
Serve at 13ºC. Ideal with rich cakes, egg based puddings and blue cheeses like Stilton or Gorgonzola.
