Whether you are a cheese enthusiast keen to learn more, or a professional already working in the industry, the Level One course is open to everyone who wishes to develop a greater understanding and appreciation of cheese. 

Our Cheese Specialist, Ben Hildreth, and Head Cheesemonger, Nick Bayne, will guide you through how cheese is made, how to taste, describe, and present cheese, and much more, to prepare you for your online Level One exam.

    All bookings are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend a course, you may move your booking to a different date or reassign the booking to another person.
