Location is everything, so we have combined a blue and a crumbly cheese from Cornwall: Cornish Blue and Cornish Yarg, with a delicate Somerset goats’ milk cheese called Driftwood.

To partner, what else but our extra-virgin olive oil crackers made with sea salt.

CORNISH YARG
250g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Invented in 1984, Yarg has gone on to become a modern classic in British Cheese. It was loosely based on a Caerphilly recipe, but the Gray family (Yarg spelled backwards) came up with the ingenious idea of wrapping the cheese in nettle leaves, to preserve its fresh, bright, lactic taste. It has the added advantage of looking very beautiful!

CORNISH BLUE
250g – Cow, Pasteurised
From Liskeard, Cornwall's only blue cheese, created to great acclaim by farmer Philip Stansfield. Cornish Blue has a full but mellow flavour, and a creamy yet firm consistency. It has won a number of awards, including World Champion Cheese 2010.

DRIFTWOOD
215g - Goat, Thermised, Vegetarian
Intensely rich, smooth and creamy developing to a full-flavoured, tangy finish.

THE FINE CHEESE CO. OLIVE OIL & SEA SALT CRACKERS

Wheaty and crisp and sugar-free, flavoured with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. For pecorinos, but neutral enough to perfectly suit all cheeses.
