Fourme D'ambert 500g - COW, PASTEURISED
A succulent and classic blue from the Auvergne. The cheese is aged for ten weeks by affineur Xavier Morin, to create the richest creamiest texture. Fourme d’Ambert has a delicate blue flavour, and is soft and smooth.

Three individual sizes of cloth-wrapped hand-made Dorset Cheddars, cave-aged in Somerset for a depth of flavour and a moist texture. Fruity and tangy. Selected by The Fine Cheese Co.

Langres 180g - COW, UNPASTEURISED
An aromatic cheese from Champagne. Only turned once to form the crater at its centre. The cheese is brushed with this local eau de vie (Marc de Champagne), to create Langres' characteristic appearance and flavour.

Crottin de Chavignol 60g - GOAT, UNPASTEURISED
The French classic goats' milk cheese, made by the master affineur Dubois Boulay. As the cheese matures, it becomes firmer and more intense in flavour. Superbe.
