THE FINE CHEESE CO. OAK-SMOKED CHEDDAR
200g – Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Made using traditional Cheddar methods, before being matured until it has reached the desired creamy consistency and tangy bite.
The cheese is then sent to a local smokehouse to be gently smoked over oak chippings, until it has taken on its characteristic delicately smoky aromas and flavour.


THE FINE CHEESE CO. ENGLISH FARMHOUSE CHEDDAR
200g – Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
A mature, full-flavoured Cheddar hand-made using milk from Dorset farms.
It has a rich, creamy texture and a tangy bite.


THE FINE CHEESE CO. EWES' MILK CHEDDAR
200g – Ewe, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Hand-made in Dorset, using the same traditional methods as our English Farmhouse Cheddar, but with ewes’ milk.
The cheese is matured for around six months, to develop a mellow and slightly sweet flavour. Less robust in character than classic Cheddar, this cheese reflects the more delicate nature of ewes’ milk.


THE FINE CHEESE CO. GOAT CHEDDAR
200g – Goat, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
A mellow and nutty tasting Cheddar, hand-made from goats’ milk in Dorset, and matured for around six months.
Less forceful in flavour than our English Farmhouse Cheddar, the goats’ milk creates a more delicate, subtle sweetness.
