This event for all curd nerds and cork dorks takes place on Thursday 5th May, at Averys’ much vaunted (and vaulted) shop on Bristol’s Culver Street. There’ll be six glasses poured for the board, and each wine will be matched with a complementary cheese for a true flight of flavour.
