A fabulously full-flavoured Brie-style cheese, hand-made in Suffolk by Jonny Crickmore from the milk of his own herd of Montbeliarde cows.
Rich, full, earthy flavour and a lingering finish.

BARONET
180g – Cow, Pasteurised
A soft and supple rind-washed cheese, made from Jersey milk to give a rich, full flavour.
Proudly made by Julianna Sedli, this English cheese has been inspired by a classic French Reblochon.

RICHARD III WENSLEYDALE
250g – Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
A traditional, cloth-bound, cows’ milk cheese, made by Andrew Ridley, who uses the pre-war recipe for Wensleydale cheese.
Moist, creamy, and with a honeyed flavour and lower acidity than modern mass-produced Wensleydales.

LORD OF THE HUNDREDS
250g – Ewe, Raw Milk, Vegetarian
A superb English ewes' milk cheese that has much in common with an Italian Pecorino. The texture is grainy, and the cheese is aged to give it a real depth of flavour, while the delicate, rich milk leaves a creamy, sweet taste in the mouth
