A cheese based on an idea from the cows themselves, who have a taste for the wild garlic where they graze. The cheese-makers add more wild garlic and chives to the milk, to help nature along. The result is a rich Jersey-milk cheese, with a delicious 'oniony' tang.

British Supreme Champion 2010, Best British Semi-Soft Cheese 2016
Mistakes happen, and after a Caerphilly went wrong, the idea for this cheese was born. A cross between a Reblochon and an Epoisses, this soft, pungent, washed-rind cheese made by Carwyn Adams can be spooned from the box or baked.
