Normandy’s pride and joy, this miniature classic Camembert de Normandie is hand-ladled to produce its characteristic undulating surface. Rich and intense, it has a golden, buttery interior and a delicate aroma of hazelnuts.

LOIRE:
SELLES SUR CHER
150g – Goat, Unpasteurised
The upper Loire is France’s most prodigious region for producing goats’ cheese.
This justly famous style of goats’ cheese has a delicate ‘ice-cream’ texture beneath its gently ashed surface, and a mellow flavour.

BASQUE PROVINCES:
OSSAU IRRATY
225g - 250g – Ewe, Pasteurised
The Basque provinces on both the Spanish and French sides provide perfect grazing for sheep. This classic, raw milk, semi-hard ewes’ milk cheese from France has a dense, supple texture and a rich ‘fruity’ flavour.

BURGUNDY:
ÉPOISSES
250g – Cow, Pasteurised
Burgundy's most pungent cheese and its most famous. Brushed with Marc de Champagne from the region, Époisses has a powerful, luscious taste and a soft, oozy texture. Despite the arresting aroma, the bark is far worse than the bite.
