BEST BLUE CHEESE:  BATH BLUE
250g Cut - Cow, Pasteurised
This is the second year in a row Bath Blue has picked up the gold at the Artisan Cheese Awards. After just one taste it is easy to see why, Made with organic milk from the cheese-maker's, family-run farm, Bath Blue cheese is creamy, with even blueing throughout.

BEST PDO CHEESE: KEEN’S EXTRA MATURE CHEDDAR
250g Cut - Cow, Raw Milk
Keen's Cheddar cheese, made in Somerset by George Keen and his family, is tangy and powerful. The Extra Mature version of their Cheddar is the best of their selection, matured for longer for an immensely satisfying taste. This award winner will redefine your understanding of how a Cheddar should taste.

BEST EWES’ MILK CHEESE: BERKSWELL
250g Cut - Ewe, Raw Milk
This is the lastest in a long line of awards for Berkswell. Similar in style to a Pecorino, it is sweet and nutty, with a hint of caramel and a definite tang on the finish.
It is made at the magnificent and aptly named, 16th-century Ram Hall in the Heart of England. It has been made there since 1989 from the milk of Stephen Fletchers own flock of East Friesland ewes.

BEST RAW MILK CHEESE: ST. JUDE
90-110g Individual Cheese - Cow, Raw Milk
A delicate, rich and complex cheese. Hand-made by Julie Cheyney in Suffolk from the milk of Montbeliarde cows, this tiny cheese is full of flavour. The thin, wrinkled coat encases a dense, lactic core, and the flavour is refined but deep and lingering.
