250g - Cow, Pasteurised
Inspired by the classic French cheese Morbier, but made in the rolling hills of the Cotswolds. Ashcombe is a smooth and supple cheese, with a striking line of ash running through the middle. The paste brings rich notes of hazelnuts, while the rind can offer more savoury tones. An Anglo-French fusion with real je ne sais quoi.
160g - Cow/Sheep/Goat, Pasteurised
A delicate, fully-ashed mixed milk cheese. From Caseficio dell'Alta Langa in Piedmont. Creamy, with just a hint of 'goatiness' and a yielding texture.
250g - Sheep, Raw Milk
Made at the magnificent and aptly named 16th century Ram Hall, from the milk of the Fletchers’ own flock of East Friesland ewes. It is a magnificent looking cheese, and is sweet and nutty, with a hint of caramel and a definite tang on the finish.
BLU DI BUFALA
250g - Buffalo, Pasteurised
An award-winning blue with a smooth taste and open texture. It has a gentle enough flavour to seduce even non-blue cheese lovers.

The Fine Cheese Co. is a maturer, wholesaler, retailer and exporter of artisan British cheeses. We are based in historic Bath, founded by the Romans and famous for its beautiful Georgian architecture - alongside Venice the only World Heritage city in Europe.
We have been cheese specialists for thirty years, and from the start we have nurtured and supported the cream of British cheese-makers. We stock over a hundred hand-made British cheeses: from classic gems such as Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire, a traditional cloth-bound territorial cheese, to Baron Bigod, a raw milk Brie-style cheese.
