A succulent and classic blue from the Auvergne. The cheese is aged for ten weeks by affineur Xavier Morin, to create the richest creamiest texture. Fourme d’Ambert has a delicate blue flavour, and is soft and smooth.

An aromatic cheese from Champagne. Only turned once to form the crater at its centre, the cheese is washed to create Langres’ characteristic undulating surface and voluptuous interior.

The French classic goats' milk cheese, made by the master affineur Dubois Boulay. As the cheese matures, it becomes firmer and more intense in flavour. Superbe.
