A tiny, perfectly formed Neufchâtel. Made in the shape of a heart, it has a perfect bloomy-white rind and a soft, creamy texture.

BABY BURT’S BLUE
180g - Cow, Pasteurised
Burt’s Blue is a delicious, little blue cheese from Cheshire, and the baby version has all the quality, with extra cuteness. With its attractive, bloomy coat, the magic occurs when the cheeses are hand-pierced to allow oxygen to reach the interior In such a small cheese, the distribution of blue can be hard to control, and so the blueing can be a little sporadic, but the flavour that it brings permeates the whole cheese.
 
TOMME BRULÉE - HALF
Approx. 375g - Sheep, Pasteurised
Here is a cheese born of a fiery passion. At the end of the affinage period, Tomme Brûlée is singed all over with a blow-torch – just as you would a crème brûlée! The result is a sweet and nutty sheep’s milk cheese with a caramelised coat and a smooth, rich centre.
