VACHERIN MONT D’OR
450g - Cow, Raw Milk
Between October and April, when the cows have come down from their high pastures for the winter, we have the pleasure of the company of a unique cheese.
Made in the shadow of the Mont d’Or in France, this cheese has become famous throughout the world. It has a melting, voluptuous texture, and a resinous flavour from the spruce bark that encircles it. 

THE FINE CHEESE CO. CAVE-AGED CHEDDAR 
1.7kg - Cow, Pasteurised
Cloth-wrapped, hand-made Dorset Cheddar, cave-aged for a depth of flavour and a moist texture. 
It is fruity and tangy with a rich, deep flavour and a hint of sweetness. Not suitable for vegetarians. 

COLSTON BASSETT STILTON
1kg - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
One of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex, with a smooth, velvety paste and a full, well-balanced flavour. Slightly sweet, with a ‘mineral-y’ tang

PASSITO BIANCO IGT VENETO 2014
75cl 13% - A deep golden yellow in the glass. Aromas of ripe fruits, banana, apricot with raisins and notes of almonds.

* This cheese is made with flavour rather than appearance as the paramount consideration. Because the coat is kept deliberately thin, other moulds can appear. The creamy coloured surface is created by geotrichum and the blue, green and grey spots that can often appear are other wild penicillium. They are perfectly safe to eat and do not mar the flavour of the cheese.
