VACHERIN MONT D’OR
450g Cow, Raw Milk
Between October and April, when the cows have come down from their high pastures for the winter, we have the pleasure of the company of a unique cheese.
Made in the shadow of the Mont d’Or in France, this cheese has become famous throughout the world. It has a melting, voluptuous texture, and a resinous flavour from the spruce bark that encircles it. 

COLSTON BASSETT STILTON
500g Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Colston Basset Stilton cheese is hand-made by Billy Kevan and his team in Nottinghamshire. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex.

THE FINE CHEESE CO. CAVE-AGED CHEDDAR TRUCKLE
600g Cow, Pasteurised
Cloth-wrapped, hand-made Dorset Cheddar, cave-aged for a depth of flavour and a moist texture. 
It is fruity and tangy with a rich, deep flavour and a hint of sweetness. 

ÉPOISSES GAUGRY
250g - Cow, Raw Milk
Burgundy’s most pungent cheese and its most famous, Époisses Gaugry has a soft, oozy, luscious texture and a flavour that is full, meaty, spicy and rich, with an edge of sweetness. Fromagerie Gaugry make the last traditional, raw milk Époisses. 

RAGSTONE
200g - Goat, Pasteurised
Made by Charlie Westhead and inspired by the classic goat logs of France. When ready, the cheese has developed its white coat and has a lemony flavour with a creamy texture. The cheese is smooth, rich and complex.

130g -  Dark chocolate and pistachio truffles, coated with cocoa.
