Top tier:
White Nancy - Goat, Unpasteurised, Vegetarian
One of our favourite goats’ milk cheeses – snowy-white, ripened, with a clean, fresh taste, and a gently crumbly nature.

Second tier:
Jean Grogne - Cow, Pasteurised
A triple cream cheese from the Ile de France. Each cheese is made from six litres of whole milk, and enriched with home-made crÔme fraiche for a delicious, rich and yet delicate taste.

Third tier:
Delice de Bourgogne - Cow, Pasteurised
Enriched with double cream for a rich texture and buttery taste, this delicate cheese has the texture of ice-cream and is covered with a thin rind and a light white coat. The interior is velvety, sumptuous and mellow.

Fourth tier:
Beauvale - Cow, Pasteurised
Made by the Cropwell Bishop Dairy, a family company which has been making Stilton for generations, Beauvale is a departure from the most traditional of British cheeses. It is inspired by softer, milder European cheeses like Gorgonzola Dolce. The resulting cheese is sweet and creamy, with a buttery texture and a slight salty tang to the finish.

Fifth tier:
Keen’s Cheddar - Cow, Unpasteurised
Hand-made in Somerset with skill and care by George Keen and his family, the cheese is aged in cloth, and then stripped after around 12 months’ maturing. The resulting cheese is golden and glorious: moist, tangy and powerful.

Would you like your guests to be able to try all of the cheeses in your cake?
