A fabulous goats’ milk cheese from Oxfordshire: delicate, rich and smooth.
Sinodun Hill is sweet, almondy and complex, with a thin, beautifully wrinkly coat that develops natural spots of blues, greys and greens over time.

QUADRELLO
250g – Buffalo, Pasteurised
A rich and supple buffalo milk cheese from Bergamo.
The rind has been washed to develop the subtle, creamy flavour of the milk.
Maturing in traditional open-stoned caves gives mineral tones that add to the complexity of this delicious cheese.

ST. JUDE
100g – Cow, Raw Milk
GOLD MEDAL BRITISH CHEESE AWARDS 2017
A delicate, rich and complex cheese. Hand-made by Julie Cheyney in Suffolk from the milk of Montbeliarde cows, this tiny cheese is full of flavour.
The thin, wrinkled coat encases a dense, lactic core, and the flavour is refined but deep and lingering.

QUESO DE PRIA TRES LECHES AZUL
250g – Cow, Goat, Ewe, Pasteurised
Tres Leches, meaning ‘three milks’, is made at the edge of the Picos de Europa National Park.
The mixed milks give a deep, complex flavour; the blue veining a gentle, warming spice; and the light smoking of the rind a third layer of flavour.
