250g - Cow, Raw Milk
A fruity, sharp and tangy farmhouse Cheddar, made by Jane Stewart, near the shores of the Firth of Forth on the eastern edge of Scotland.
250g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Invented in 1984, Yarg has gone on to become a modern classic in British cheese. Loosely based on a Caerphilly recipe, the cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves to preserve its fresh, bright, lactic taste.
90g - Cow, Raw Milk
The dusky sister of St. Jude. Julie Cheyney places young St. Judes in wooden trays, and washes them with brine to develop their blush pink coats. The paste is smooth and silky, while the flavour is buttery, fruity, complex and lingering. Spoon it directly from the box and savour every morsel.
165g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Rich, buttery, sweet and gentle. The cheeses are handpierced to allow small pockets of blue to form in the creamy paste, and tiny blue veins to appear through the spaces between the curds. Cheesemaker Claire Burt’s skill in creating a flavoursome blue cheese is not easily matched.
