BABY BURT'S BLUE
180g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Rich, buttery, sweet and gentle. The cheeses are handpierced to allow small pockets of blue to form in the creamy paste, and tiny blue veins to appear through the spaces between the curds. Cheesemaker Claire Burt’s skill in creating a flavoursome blue cheese is not easily matched.
250g - Cow/Sheep, Pasteurised
Alta Langa's version of the classic, mixed milk Italian Robiola has a bloomy rind, a soft and supple texture, and a silky smooth interior. The blend of milks makes this characteristic Italian cheese so special. The flavour is delicate, fruity and buttery.
200g - Goat, Pasteurised
Made by Charlie Westhead and inspired by the classic goat logs of Frnace. Ragstone was one ofhis earliest creations and is named after the Ragstone Ridge, which ran close by his original dairy. The curd is set overnight, before being hand-ladled into log-shaped moulds. After two to three weeks, the cheese has developed its coat, a creamy texture and a lemony flavour.
250g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
A handsome little cheese with a natural rind. The interior is a perfect balance of sweet, buttery tones and a slightly brighter, lactic top note. Natural aging creates an earthy finish, which brings greater complexity to this smooth and supple cheese.

Because our products are perishable, we take great care in delivering your order. We will hand pack and prepare your order the day before arrival. We must have an alternative delivery instruction for any private address, such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour". This is particularly important if you are sending a surprise gift.
