LA TUR
240g - Cow/Sheep/Goat, Pasteurised
Alta Langa's most famous creation. La Tur has an ice-cream texture and the richness of a triple cream. It is straw-coloured, with a delicately bloomy rind. The mixed milk adds a pungency of aroma, and a depth and piquancy of flavour.
ROCCOLINO AL TARTUFO
500g - Cow, Pasteurised
A baby cheese with a big flavour, the addition of summer truffles propels this modest little cheese to new and heady heights. The truffles are added to the milk towards the beginning of the make, and create a harmonious marriage with the milky, crumbly cheese. Delizioso!
FINOCCHIONA IGP
390g - Pork
Flavoured with wild fennel seeds, there are few finer examples of this famous Tuscan salami. A genuine IGP product. Delicious with fresh figs.
CAPOCOLLO DI MARTINA FRANCA
200g - Pork
Rich, sweet and deliately spiced, Capocollo is one of Puglia's more traditional products. Capocollo is so difficut to find that Slow Food has awarded it protected staus.
SLOW BAKED DOTTATO FIGS
200g
These exceptional, sweet Dottato figs come from Calabria, southern Italy. A taste as dark as molasses, with a liquorice - like intensity.
MARABISSI MARGHERITA PANFORTE FOR CHEESE
200g
Panforte is a delicious sweetmeat from Siena, invented by nuns and enjoyed by everyone. Margherita (almond and peel) is the traditional Panforte made with candied orange and lemon peel, almonds, honey and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, mace and coriander).
THE FINE CHEESE CO. FIG, HONEY AND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL FLAVOURED CRACKERS
125g
Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese. Flavoured with fig and a drizzle of honey.
PROGETTIDIVINI PROSECCO DI TREVISO DOC BRUT
75cl, 11% ABV
Lemon-yellow in colour with a persistent bead of elegant, refined bubbles.
VAN NAHMEN WHITE PEACH NECTAR
25cl
Fresh, decadent and thick. Perfect on it's own, but even better with Prosecco.

About Us
The Fine Cheese Co. is a maturer, wholesaler, retailer and exporter of artisan British cheeses. We are based in historic Bath, founded by the Romans and famous for its beautiful Georgian architecture - alongside Venice the only World Heritage city in Europe.
We have been cheese specialists for twenty years, and from the start we have nurtured and supported the cream of British cheese-makers. We stock over a hundred hand-made British cheeses: from classic gems such as Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire, a traditional cloth-bound territorial cheese, to Baron Bigod, a raw milk Brie-style cheese.
