TOP TIER

DORSTONE
180g - Goat, Pasteurised
Award-winning Dorstone cheese has a curd that's snowy-white, a texture like ‘ice cream’, and a flavour which is mellow and creamy with a lemony freshness. The cheese is made to a very slow lactic set recipe; and the curds are pre-drained, before being gently placed into moulds, to create Dorstone’s light, almost mousse-like texture. After being removed from the moulds, Dorstone is coated in ash, and then ripened to develop a faint veining reminiscent of Carrera marble!

SECOND TIER

THE FINE CHEESE CO. CAVE-AGED CHEDDAR
600g, Cow, Pasteurised
Cloth-wrapped, hand-made Dorset Cheddar, cave-aged in Somerset for a depth of flavour and a moist texture. It is fruity and tangy with a rich, deep flavour and a hint of sweetness.

THIRD TIER

HALF COLSTON BASSETT BABY STILTON
1.1kg, Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
A smooth, velvety paste with a full, well-balanced flavour. A slightly sweet blue cheese, with a ‘mineral-y’ tang.

BOTTOM TIER

BARON BIGOD
1kg, Cow, Pasteurised
A fabulously full-flavoured Brie-style cheese, hand-made in Suffolk by Jonny Crickmore from the milk of his own herd of Montbeliarde cows. A stunning cheese, with a rich, full, earthy flavour and a lingering finish.

Serves up to 30 people.
We'll send you the cheeses and a sparkler, so all you need to do is stack them up to create your 'cake' and finish with the decoration.
