Ditcheat Hill is an orchard of exceptional terroir overlooking the Brue Valley in Somerset. This cider is a blend of the best fruits from this orchard. Sumptuous and elegant, with well-balanced tannin. 

This natural, artisanal cider sometime forms a small deposit of pectin in the bottle during aging. This appears as a wispy deposit in the liquid. It is harmless to consume and does not affect quality.
