Ben Hildreth and Nick Bayne, our Cheese Specialist and Head Cheesemonger, are hosting our latest virtual cheese tasting event, “Spring Into Summer”. The flavours of a cheese varies with the seasons, meaning each tasting is actually a snapshot of a moment in time. Weather, pasturage and an animal’s diet each play a role and some cheeses are known for being especially good at a certain time of year. The selection for this event is a collection of cheeses that come into their own between late spring and early summer. Light, bright, sweet and floral tones are the order of the day, so spring into action and secure your tickets for this summer’s finest virtual cheese event. We’ll send you the selection a day in advance for you to enjoy alongside Ben and Nick’s discussion.
