BURT’S BLUE
180g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Rich, buttery, sweet and gentle. The cheeses are hand-pierced to allow small pockets of blue to form in the creamy paste, and tiny blue veins to appear through the spaces between the curds.

VINTAGE LINCOLNSHIRE POACHER
250g - Cow, Raw Milk 
Simon and Tim Jones make this stunning cheese on the family farm, from the milk of their own dairy herd.
A unique cross between a Cheddar and an Alpine recipe gives this cheese a fine balance of savoury to sweet tones.
The vintage cheeses are matured for around 18 months, to bring even greater depth and complexity. 

ROBIOLA BOSINA
250g - Cow/Sheep, Pasteurised
Alta Langa’s version of the classic, mixed-milk Italian Robiola has a bloomy rind, a soft and supple texture, and a silky, smooth interior.
The blend of milks makes this characteristic Italian cheese so special. The flavour is delicate, fruity and buttery 

APPLEBY’S CHESHIRE
250g - Cow, Raw Milk
In 1952, Lucy Appleby decided to revive one of England’s great cheeses: cloth-bound, raw milk Cheshire.
Her know-how has been passed down to her sons and grandson, who now make this crumbly, tangy, herbaceous-tasting cheese. 


THE FINE CHEESE CO. PORT, BLOOD ORANGE AND POMEGRANATE JELLY WITH GOLD LEAF
140g - A refined, rich and fragrant jelly that catches the light with its flecks of gold leaf.
The flavours don’t shout out, but combine to make a sweet and subtle whole that is intensely flattering to blue cheese.

260g - A unique savoury compôte, dense with cherries and cranberries.
