GOLDEN CENARTH
250g – Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
BEST SEMI-SOFT CHEESE BRITISH CHEESE AWARDS 2016
Mistakes happen, and after a Caerphilly went wrong, the idea for this cheese was born.
A cross between a Reblochon and an Époisses, this soft, pungent, washed-rind cheese made by Carwyn Adams can be spooned from the box or baked.

CURWORTHY BABY
500g – Cow, Pasteurised
Curworthy dates back to the 17th century, and is thought to be even older than Cheddar.
This cows' milk cheese has a smooth yet firm texture, and a mellow, creamy flavour.

KATHERINE
250g – Goat, Raw Milk
Katherine is a modern, British, washed-rind goats' milk cheese, made in Somerset by Peter Humphries.
Named romantically after an old flame, it is the baby sister to Peter's most famous cheese: Rachel. It is mellow and smooth, with a firm texture.

BRILLAT SAVARIN
100g – Cow, Pasteurised
Made by the Rouzaire Family and named after Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, the original French Gastonome.
Rouzaire's Brillat Savarin is lusciously creamy and sinfully rich.
The classic and original triple-cream cheese.
