Delicious unctuous goats’ cheese from the Poitou region of France. Made with great care and skill by Paul Georgelet. Superbe!

FOURME D’AMBERT
250g – Cow, Pasteurised
A succulent and classic blue from the Auvergne.
The cheese is aged for ten weeks by affineur Xavier Morin, to create the richest, creamiest texture. Fourme d’Ambert has a delicate blue flavour, and is soft and smooth.

PETIT CAMEMBERT
150g – Cow, Raw Milk
Normandy’s pride and joy, this miniature classic Camembert is hand-ladled to produce its characteristic undulating surface.
Rich and intense, it has a golden, buttery interior and a delicate aroma of hazelnuts.

ÉPOISSES
250g – Cow, Raw Milk
Burgundy's most pungent cheese and its most famous, Époisses Gaugry has a soft, oozy, luscious texture and a flavour that is full, meaty, spicy and rich, with an edge of
sweetness.
Fromagerie Gaugry make the last traditional,raw milk Époisses.
