Details

LE PETIT TENTATION
100g – Cow, Unpasteurised
Produced by the makers of St Marcelin and St Félicien, this cheese is soft, and gloriously so when ripe.
Tentation is justly named, as the cheese is enriched with crème fraiche.
Rich and delicious, with a silky, unctuous texture.

PETITE ROUELLE CENDRÉE
155g – Goat, Raw Milk
A round cheese without a centre. While the cheese might not have a heart, it certainly has lots of body!
The wrinkly, ashed rind barely contains the light, soft interior. Delicate and bright in flavour, while carrying wonderful citrus notes.

TOMME BRULÉE
200g – Ewe, Pasteurised
Brulée – it’s not just for Crème anymore.
A ewes’ milk Tomme from the Basque Midi-Pyrenees. At the end of the affinage period, the cheese is singed all over giving the rind a scattering of burnt patches and imparting a caramelised, smoky, woody flavour to the cheese.
Milky, salty, sweet and nutty.

PAVÉ D'AUGE
250g – Cow, Unpasteurised
A lightly-washed, smooth, supple, sweet and fruity cheese, Pavé d’Auge is the ancestor of its more famous cousin, Pont l’Evêque, and has been made in Normandy since
at least the 13th Century.
