Lightly washed in Somerset Cider Brandy and wrapped in a
vine leaf, Eve is sweet and creamy when young, developing
complex nutty tones as it matures.

MARGOT BEER CHEESE
350g – Cow, Pasteurised
Made in Piedmont by adding local artisanal Margot beer to the milk.
Supple and rich, the cheese has a light, beer bitterness, perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the malt

AFFINEUR WALO RED WINE FARMER
250g – Cow, Raw Milk
A full-flavoured, mountain-style cheese, washed in local red wine, that packs a serious punch.
Recognisably Swiss, with a sweet, creamy back note, and silky-smooth texture.
The wine wash adds a powerful pungency.

PETIT GAUGRY
70g – Cow, Raw Milk
A gorgeous, baby rind-washed cheese from the Bourgogne.
This is the baby brother of the region's most famous cheese; Époisses.
Washed in the local Marc de Bourgogne eau-devie, it possesses all the pungent delights of an Époisses, but can easily be polished off in one sitting.
