 A goats’ milk version of the Ticklemore Dairy’s more famous sheep’s milk cheese, Beenleigh Blue. Totally unlike traditional British blues, it is wrapped in foil and so does not grow a rind. It is crumbly, sweet and delicately goaty. 


*A whole Harbourne Blue weighs approximately 3kg. Smaller weights are a cut of a whole cheese.
