The triplet of treats feature a classic goats’ milk cheese from the Loire valley, a full-flavoured Welsh washed rind from a cheesemaker who learned all his skills from his mum, and a ‘baby’ Wigmore made with sheep’s milk. Happy Mother’s Day.

- Goat, Raw Milk, 60g
Nurtured to grow a soft, fluffy coat, turning more wrinkled with time, the cheeses are matured to develop more intense, aromatic flavours.
Becoming firmer, the paste grows denser and the floral flavours are balanced by deeper nuttier tones. A true classic among the many French goats’ cheeses.

GOLDEN CENARTH
- Cow, Pasteurised, 200g
Made by Carwyn Adams on the family farm. Smooth and supple, Golden Cenarth is washed in cider to develop its characteristic coat and unmistakable seductive pungency.

Bottom Tier
BABY WIGMORE
-Sheep, Thermised, 400g
Made by Anne and Andy Wigmore, this is a gentle, delicate washed-curd cheese with a smooth texture. Complex and fruity, rich and unctuous, its heavenly texture and delicacy of flavour make this a cheese of real refinement.
