KING RICHARD III WENSLEYDALE
Cow, Pasteurised, 250g
A hand-made Wensleydale cheese that is as far away from the ubiquitous, mass-produced Wensleydale as you can imagine.
A traditional, cloth-bound, cows’ milk cheese, made by Andrew Ridley, who uses the pre-war recipe for Wensleydale. It is moist, creamy, and with a honeyed flavour and lower acidity than modern mass-produced Wensleydales. In fact, it is as far away from these as you can imagine.

LE PETIT TENTATION
Cow, Thermised, 110g
Produced by the makers of St Marcellin and St Félicien, this cheese is soft, and gloriously so when ripe. Tentation is justly named, as the cheese is enriched with crème fraîche. Rich and delicious, with a silky, unctuous texture.

GOOSEBERRY FRUIT PURÉE FOR CHEESE
A sweet yet tart accompaniment for crumbly cheeses. 

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND SEA SALT CRACKERS
Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese. Flavoured with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt.
