An unusual take on the traditional Lombardian cheese, Taleggio. Made with goats’ milk, this version has a stark, white, supple paste and the characteristic, washed rind with blushing pink tones. 

It is creamy and silky while also buttery and rich. The goats’ milk brings a fresh twist to this classic cheese.
