Rare, Ultra-Premium ‘Millesimato’Vintage Prosecco
Our Superstar Prosecco is crafted to the nest possible standards by Prosecco experts Projetti Divini and it carries the region’s top quality designation: Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG.

Grape: 100% Glera grapes. Glera is northern Italy’s Prosecco grape. This green-skinned variety has been grown for hundreds of years in the Veneto and Friuli regions, most famously to produce sparkling Prosecco wines.

Winemaking: Ripe Glera grapes are pressed within an hour of picking and fermented to approx 9% vol.The light, dry, still white then undergoes secondary fermentation using the Char- mat method of fermentation under pressure in stainless steel tanks for 60-90 days (the longer the process, the purer the avours, and the ner the bubbles in the resulting wine).

Tasting note: Bright straw yellow. Fragrant and elegant, with a hint of wild owers, pleasantly fruity with light hint of apple, pear and peach, full, balanced, with just a hint of sweet-ness balanced by a fresh note of lemon curd and nishing with an intense fruity elegance.

Matching: Excellent as a refreshing glass on its own as an aperitif and at the table with delicate seafood dishes and salads.

Alcohol: 11%

Residual Sugar: 16g/l
