MAHON MENORCA CURADO
250g - Cow/Sheep, Raw Milk
Menorca's most famous creation. The cheeses are wrapped in muslin and squeezed to expel the whey, creating the distinctive pillow-like shape. They are then rubbed in oil and sweet paprika to developed their bick-coloured coat. The mature cheeses are full, spicy and piquant with a distinctively sharp and salty taste.

A distinctly bolder, more assertive cheese than its soft and gentle siblings. Gorgonzola Piccante has a firmer paste with a close, dense, mouth-filling texture. The blue veins are more developed and lend the cheese an intense and spicy character. A decidedly grown-up, sophisticated and utterly delicious cheese.

Because our products are perishable, we take great care in delivering your order. We will hand pack and prepare your order the day before arrival.
