*A whole Quicke’s Goats’ Milk Clothbound Cheese weighs approximately 27kg. Smaller weights are a cut of a whole cheese. 

For fourteen generations, the Quicke family have been farming in the village of Newton St. Cyres, just North of Exeter. Dedicated cheddar makers, their dairy herd of mixed-breed cows, and 2,700 acres of grasslands and oak woodlands are currently managed by Mary Quicke and her daughter Jane. A play on a classic theme, this cheese is hand-made in the style of traditional Cheddar, but with locally sourced goats’ milk. Clothbound and matured for around six months in the Cheddar store, it develops a well-rounded character quite unlike other goats’ milk cheeses.
