Quintano was awarded a Super Gold Medal at the first round of judging and at the final round it was placed sixth best cheese in the world, an amazing feat for such a small family dairy. A sweet and delicate raw sheep's milk cheese from Lombardy. As it matures, it becomes more intense and firm.
