Details

TUNWORTH
250g – Cow, Pasteurised
Sofi Award finalist for Outstanding Cheese 2015
Winner of Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards in 2006 and 2013, Tunworth has the thinnest possible rind, an undulating surface, and a profoundly fruity tang - enough to convince a Frenchman that this was made on his terroir.

PAVÉ COBBLE
200g – Ewe, Thermised, Vegetarian
As a keen cyclist, Somerset cheese-maker Roger Longman named this ashed cheese after the classic bike races on the cobbled roads, or ‘Paves’ in Belgium and France. Although it resembles a Valençay, the cheese is in fact made from ewes’ milk, which gives it a mousse-like texture and smooth, delicate flavour.

MORN DEW
250g – Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Morn Dew is made from rich, Guernsey milk that gives the cheese its deep golden colour, and flavour to match. The cheese is brushed as it matures, causing it to develop a slightly sticky, pinky-orange rind, with a distinctive aroma. Morn Dew has a rich, creamy pâte with a slight, nutty sweetness from the rind.

CORNISH BLUE
250g – Cow, Pasteurised
From Liskeard, Cornwall's only blue cheese, created to great acclaim by farmer Philip Stansfield. Cornish Blue has a full but mellow flavour, and a creamy yet firm consistency. It has won a number of awards, including World Champion Cheese 2010.
