The Jersey cows that make Sharpham Rustic graze on water meadows in the beautiful Dart valley. First hand-made some 40 years ago in the coachyard of the 18th century Sharpham House, from the milk of Jersey cows brought by train from Essex to a valley overlooking the River Dart. From estuary to estuary.

*A whole Sharpham Rustic weighs approximately 1.6kg. Smaller weights are a cut of a whole cheese.
