FINN 200g - Cow, Raw Milk, Vegetarian
Made by Charlie Westhead at Neal's Yard Creamery in Herefordshire.
Based on the classic double-cream cheeses of France, Finn was one of Britain’s first double-cream cheeses. Starting off lactic and creamy, Finn develops light mushroom and walnut flavours, and a smooth ice cream texture.
EVE 180g - Goat, Thermised Milk, Vegetarian
Made by Roger Longman at Whitelake Cheese in Somerset.
When young, Eve is a soft and creamy cheese, but it develops in complexity as it matures. There are 'nutty' hints that complement the 'goaty' notes, and both are balanced by the slightly pungent rind.
OLD WINCHESTER 250g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Made by Mike and Judy Smales at Lyburn Farm in the New Forest.
A powerful, fruity cheese, with a full sweet flavour. Matured for at least 16 months to develop its fabulous crystalline texture.
