The cheese is most smoky near the nose, but the more complex, classic Cheddar flavours and grassy notes become more evident towards the rind.

Gorgonzola Piccante
250g - Cow, Pasteurised
A distinctly bolder, more assertive cheese than its soft and gentle siblings. Gorgonzola Piccante has a firmer paste with a close, dense, mouth-filling texture. The blue veins are more developed and lend the cheese an intense and spicy character. A decidedly grown-up, sophisticated and utterly delicious cheese.

Devodier Speck
100g - Pork
Lightly smoked on wood, and aged. Typical of the northern region of Italy.

Tempus Achari Fennel Salami
60g - Pork
The spice mix used in this salami is based on a centuries-old Indian pickling recipe. Fennel seeds, Telicherry black pepper and fenugreek add an intriguing flavour to this salami with great complexity.
