We selected a standout cheese from each of the four countries that make up Britain and Ireland. Greatly varied in styles, terroirs and tastes, but united in outstanding quality.

ST ANDREWS FARMHOUSE CHEDDAR
250g - Cow, Raw Milk
A fruity, sharp and tangy farmhouse Cheddar, made by Jane Stewart, near the shores of the Firth of Forth on the eastern edge of Scotland.

CASHEL BLUE
375g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Irelands' most famous blue cheese, Cashel Blue is gentle and crumbly when young; but it matures to become a creamy-textured cheese with a full flavour. 

GOLDEN CENARTH
200g -Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Smooth and supple, Golden Cenarth cheese is washed in cider to develop its characteristic rind and savoury, full flavour

BRIGHTWELL ASH
150g - Goat, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
An ashed disc with a beautifully thin, wrinkled coat and a dense paste, with a texture reminiscent of the finest ganache. The flavour is every bit as good: nutty, complex and lingering.

Keep your cheeses refrigerated below 8°. 

Hard Cheeses - Eat within 14 days of receipt. 

Whole Cheeses - Eat within 7 days of receipt or the date shown on the pack. Once you have cut into the cheese, eat within 5 days.

Soft and Blue Cheeses - For pieces that are 500g or larger, eat within 14 days. Pieces smaller than 500g, eat within 10 days of receipt.

Semi-Soft, Washed Rind and Crumbly Cheeses - Eat within 10 days of receipt.
