To pair with; Camel Valley Bacchus, Cornwall 2020
100g - Goat, Raw Milk
An ashed disc with a beautifully thin, wrinkled coat and a dense paste, with a texture reminiscent of the finest ganache. The flavour is every bit as good: nutty, complex and lingering.
To pair with; Saumur Blanc ‘Les Plantagenêts' 2019
125g - Cow
A Welsh organic Cheddar cheese, hand-made by the Holden family from the milk of their Ayrshire herd. Buttery, rich and nutty.
To pair with; Glenelly Estate Reserve, Stellenbosch 2013
100g - Cow, Raw Milk
A delicate, rich and complex cheese. Hand-made by Julie Cheyney in Suffolk from the milk of Montbeliarde cows, this tiny cheese is full of flavour. The thin, wrinkled coat encases a dense, lactic core, and the flavour is refined but deep and lingering.
To pair with; The Society's Exhibition Tawny Port, 10 Years Old
125g - Cow, Raw Milk
A traditional, unpasteurised, blue cheese from the vale of Belvoir.

Because our products are perishable, we take great care in delivering your order. We will hand pack and prepare your order the day before arrival. We must have an alternative delivery instruction for any private address, such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour". This is particularly important if you are sending a surprise gift.
Delivery is FREE for all orders over £20.00 in value. For any order lower in value than £20.00, our pricing is very simple, it costs £2.95 to get your order delivered to any address on the GB mainland*.
* Excluding Highlands & Islands (A Delivery Surcharge may apply).
The Fine Cheese Co. is a maturer, wholesaler, retailer and exporter of artisan British cheeses. We are based in historic Bath, founded by the Romans and famous for its beautiful Georgian architecture - alongside Venice the only World Heritage city in Europe.
We have been cheese specialists for thirty years, and from the start we have nurtured and supported the cream of British cheese-makers. We stock over a hundred hand-made British cheeses: from classic gems such as Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire, a traditional cloth-bound territorial cheese, to Baron Bigod, a raw milk Brie-style cheese.
