ST JUDE - MADE BY JULIE CHEYNEY
Cow, Raw Milk, 90g
A delicate, rich and complex cheese. Hand-made by Julie Cheyney in Suffolk from the milk of Montbeliarde cows, this tiny cheese is full of flavour. The thin, wrinkled coat encases a dense, lactic core, and the flavour is refined but deep and lingering.

 
SINODUN HILL - MADE BY RACHEL YARROW
Goat, Raw Milk, 200g
Sinodun Hill cheese is sweet, almondy and complex, with a thin, beautifully wrinkly coat that develops natural spots of blues, greys and greens over time. Made by Rachel Yarrow and Fraser Norton.

 
DEVON OKE - MADE BY RACHEL STEPHENS
Cow, Pasteurised, 250g
Devon Oke cheese dates back to the 17th century, and is thought to be even older than Cheddar. Rachel Stephens discovered the recipe only 20 years ago, and was delighted to be able to re-create a lost tradition.
It has a smooth yet firm texture, and a mellow, creamy flavour. Rachel washes the curds to give a flavour that is more mellow and sweeter than Cheddar. Devon Oke takes its name from the nearby village of Okehampton.


TOAST FOR CHEESE - APRICOTS, PISTACHIOS AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS
Thin, light and crisp toast (baked twice like biscotti) and uniquely studded with fruits, nuts and seeds.
