BRILLAT SAVARIN
250g - Cow, Pasteurised
Rouzaire’s Brillat Savarin is the classic and original triple-cream cheese, and is lusciously creamy and sinfully rich.
Triple-cream cheeses were invented in the late 19th century, and this one was named in homage to the late, great gastronome Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin who once said: “Dessert without cheese is like a beauty with only one eye”.

PAVÉ D'AUGE
250g - Cow Thermised
A lightly washed, smooth, sweet and supple cheese, Pavé d’Auge is the ancestor of its more famous cousin, Pont l’Evêque, and has been ever-present locally in Normandy since at least the 13th Century.
The paste is smooth and springy, while the flavour is sweet, buttery and fruity. In an in-house blind tasting with Pont l’Evêque, the Pavé d’Auge won hands down.
Pavés are square-shaped cheeses that are named after the cobble stones that can be found at the centre of all ancient, French towns.

PETITE ROUELLE CENDRÉE
155g - Goat, Raw Milk
A delicate, light and bright goats’ milk cheese from the French Pyrenees.
Petite Rouelle Cendrée is a round cheese without a centre. While the cheese might not have a heart, it certainly has lots of body! The wrinkly, ashed rind barely contains the light, soft interior. The cheese is delicate and bright in flavour, while carrying wonderful citrus notes. It also has the added advantage of looking incredibly beautiful on your cheese-board.

PETIT GAUGRY
70g, Cow, Raw milk
A gorgeous, baby rind-washed cheese from the Bourgogne. This is the baby brother of the region's most famous cheese; Époisses. It is washed in the local Marc de Bourgogne eau-de-vie and possesses all the pungent delights of an Époisses, but can easily be consumed in one sitting, thus avoiding the wrath of a non-smelly-cheese-loving partner.
