Made in small batches, with added penicillium roqueforti, cultured from rye loaves baked in-house, the cheese is round, deep and perfectly balanced, and strong and sublime.

A gorgeous, baby washed-rind cheese from the Bourgogne. This is the smaller brother of the region’s most famous cheese, Époisses.
Washed in the local Marc de Bourgogne eau-de-vie, it possesses all the pungent delights of an Époisses, but can easily be polished off in one sitting.
