180g -Goat, Pasteurised

An English goats' milk cheese coated in ash, with an ice-cream texture, and a flavour which is mellow and creamy with a lemony freshness.

Second Tier

CAVE AGED CHEDDAR
600g -Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian

A cloth-wrapped, hand-made Dorset Cheddar, cave-aged in Somerset for a depth of flavour and a moist texture. It is fruity and tangy with a rich, deep flavour and a hint of sweetness.

COLSTON BASSETT STILTON
1kg - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian

An intensely rich and creamy Stilton, with a deep, lingering and complex flavour. Slightly sweet with a ‘mineral-y’ tang.
