Cheese is at the heart of our business.
Each week our specialists travel across Britain and Europe to meet cheesemakers and affineurs, to go over what we are looking for, and to taste and agree what we are selecting.
We have our own maturing rooms, and some 15 people iron, rub and turn the cheeses in our care.
And our specialists choose when each cheese is at its peak perfection for you, our customers.
And they and our technical team are at the ready to provide you with advice, guidance and training.
